Mentoring for Junior Group Leaders
Mentoring is an important way for early career scientists to receive guidance, feedback, and support. To provide newly recruited junior research groups with a non-judgmental framework for asking questions, discussing challenges, and formulating goals, NeuroCure offers structured mentoring meetings with advanced scientists and other junior scientists who have recently set up their own research groups.
Female researchers recruited by the Cluster have the additional option to participate in the Charité Mentoring Competence Center program for female scientists.
