Quality Management (QM)

The NeuroCure Clinical Research Center (NCRC) was certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 in July 2014 as a site management organization in the field of development, conduction and administration of neurological and psychiatric studies. The QM staff members take care of the development of the existing quality management system (QMS) within the framework of DIN EN ISO 9001 certification. They create and manage templates, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Working Procedures (WPs). The documents are used to standardize processes and procedures and to support employees and users. They also organize quality circles and internal audits.
