Our invited speaker for the day is Dr. Magnus Mayer

Project Manager, Research and Development, Miltenyi Biotec GmbH.

Magnus completed his PhD at Freie Universität in Berlin on the binding of metal ions, oligomerization and cell adhesion of the APP Protein family. After a short Post-doc at FU, he transitioned to Miltenyi Biotec GmbH where he is working as project manager but also as research scientist in protein biochemistry.

Miltenyi is a global biotech company with more than 3000 employees in 28 countries providing products and services for scientists in clinical, basic and translational research such as cell sorting, cell culture and molecular Analysis.
