Abstract:
In this talk, I will present almost 20 years of our team's work, dedicated to stereotaxy, imaging and DBS. First, I will introduce the YeB atlas, a deformable atlas of the basal ganglia, and explain how we validated its deformation on patients using electrophysiological data. I will also present pyDBS, a software developed through a collaboration between Pierre Jannin (LTSI, Rennes) and Sara Fernandez Vidal (ICM, Paris), that allows pre-, per- and post-operative use of the YeB atlas for DBS procedures. Finally, I will illustrate these tools through several applications.
